I took my daughters here just for one day back in early 2025. My daughters didn’t know how to jumprope to well one of the coaches told me to show them off the side we spent 45 minutes nobody came to check up on us or tried to help me show my daughters . I was pretty frustrated and annoyed and just left with my daughters. I

A year ago I started doing MMA 6 months after I was doing MMA I decided to go to this boxing and I loved it I highly recommend it to you guys if y’all want to stay active the trainers are awesome they keep us active I punch stronger than 1 year ago it’s just a Blast to be here it’s the best boxing gym they have extra waters if y’all don’t have water so there you go.
