Can’t say enough about working with Dean and Besten Boxers. Dean knew every detail about his dogs and it truly shows how champions come out of Besten. We put a deposit down before dogs had even bred and yet Dean knew the timeline perfectly. Our little guy Moose came home with us this weekend and we could not be happier. We searched the entire country for the perfect boxer breed and we believe we found them.
We had a wonderful experience working with Dean at Besten Boxers. With 42 years of experience breeding boxers, it was clear from the beginning how much he cares about the breed and about placing his puppies in the right homes. He insisted on speaking with us personally before agreeing to sell us a dog, which we really appreciated because it showed how invested he is in the wellbeing of his puppies. We were originally scheduled for a July litter, but when a puppy became available sooner, Dean reached out to give us the opportunity to bring one home earlier. That level of communication and consideration meant a lot to us. We picked up a beautiful, healthy 10-pound boxer puppy at 9 weeks old, and we could not be happier. Our puppy is well-socialized, healthy, and clearly came from a caring and knowledgeable breeder. We highly recommend Dean and Besten Boxers to anyone looking for a quality boxer puppy from someone with decades of experience and genuine passion for the breed.
We just bought a puppy from Dean. She is very beautiful, friendly, well socialized, and has a great temperment. We are so glad we bought from him after looking at many breeders over the course of the last year. He is very responsive to answer questions or concerns and he is certainly very knowledgable. We plan to show our girl and we know she will do wonderful!
I purchased my first boxer from Dean in November of 2013. She passed at 12. She was the best dog I’ve ever had. She was my angel on earth. When I was ready, I gave Dean a call, and my second boxer is now home. She’s incredibly smart - she was jumping off the bed and handling stairs right off the bat! This is my second and my families third Besten’s Boxers. Each one has been a blessing.
I recently lost my 5 year old white boxer to an aggressive cancer. We were a certified therapy team, accomplished a lot of training together and we both loved helping others. I have had boxers in the past and love the breed. This loss left me with a very big hole in my heart and a loss of something that brought me great pride and joy. I started doing research for a quality boxer and putting feelers out. I was not in a rush but new i wanted a white girl. Besten Boxers was my first contact out of about 25 breeders I emailed from the AKC marketplace. Dean called me with in an hour, his knowledge, experience and friendleness made me feel so comforable. I told him my goals for this puppy and he said he had the perfect match for me. He delivered my new baby within a week, flying from Oklahoma to New Jersey. It was so easy and comforting to see how much he loves the breed and cares for his dogs. My new girl Dottie has the perfect temperment to be a future therapy dog. She is beautiful, healthy, and super playful with a great boxer personality. No other breed like them! I can never thank Dean enough for this baby and the joy it will bring to so many others and my family.
