Taking our daughter to Chris Pollman Karate Academy has been one of the best decisions we've made as parents. Not only does the dojo welcome you in like family with world class instructors, it has prepared our daughter to face all life's challenges with grace, determination, and resilience.

This is a truly great group of instructors who care deeply about each individual student while simultaneously pushing each student to be better than they thought they were capable of. These instructors show how powerful strong relationships between Teachers and Students can be. This has been one of the best things that we could have ever signed our son up for. I would encourage every parent to consider enrolling their child in the Chris Pollman Karate Academy, if at all possible. These students are learning lessons every day that will help them achieve other great accomplishments in their futures, and they are developing a much stronger sense of personal confidence in themselves along the way. There is nothing that I would recommend more for any child or young adult in western Oklahoma.

I absolutely loved my time at Chris Pollman Karate Academy! It is more than just martial arts. It is a culture set up to not only encourage your development but to challenge your mental, emotional, and physical strengths. In an increasingly chaotic world, all women would benefit to at least go till they get their green belt. You gain knowledge in self defense, situational awareness and multiple martial art disciplines. Once you start though you will stay till you get your brown or black belt :)... Children benefit from gaining the confidence that comes from group leadership opportunities and achieving earned rights of passages. The instructors are phenomenal. They are skilled, knowledgable and push you just a touch beyond where you "think" you are to prove to yourself that you can do/be more than your current self limits. Consider the ROI (Return On Investment). Whether it is for yourself, your child or better yet your entire family. You will not regret it.

Our family loves Chris Pollman's karate academy! The teachers are dedicated and do a marvelous job of making everyone feel included. Highly recommend!

Karate is vital for the safety and the confidence of both my teen daughters. As well as my elementary age son who is 8 yr. old. You'll absolutely love all the personal attentions, care, moral values, and character of ALL of the personal that work there. As well as the owners that run The Chris Pollman Karate Academy. They truly treat everyone as family and really bring out the vital "I can do ANYTHING additude in my kiddos." Forever greatful and blessed to have them in my kiddos lives. Best life coaches and roll models ever! This academy goes way beyond Karate, the staff holds them accountable for grades, manners, wearing seat belts, brushing their teeth, punctuality, following rules, yes sir, no mam...etc....true blessing to all! One super happy momma! *Update: All three of my kiddos love Chris Pollman's Karate Academy STILL! They all have worked to advance and have all been asked to THE Black belt Club it is such an excellent opportunity for your children to grow with an excellent support system that reaches beyond your arms lengths. Think about it this way... we are raising our future. Teach them well by giving them GREAT teachers. Our future is depending upon it.
