I can't say enough good things about this gym. I'm new to Jiu Jitsu, and the vibe here has been really really good. The coaches are patient and fun and thoughtful, and the members themselves are all really friendly. I think the best part about the gym is the focus on learning new skills and being always curious about the next thing we can improve on. Love it!

Great classes, staff are friendly and place is above average about cleaning, and many classes for kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing,no-go,etc

My 5 year old has been going here and he absolutely LOVES IT. . the instructions he gets from Eric Loar and Dip Thapa is great! They are patient and treat the kids great and keep it fun for them while they learn. I'll definitely be keeping my son here and having his little brother join him when he is old enough.
