Absolutely recommend to any parent looking to get their kids into a sport. My kids love it and go 5 days a week and never want to miss it. The instructors are amazing as well who actually use their expertise to teach kids instead of wasting time and collecting a paycheck.
Been with this gym for little over a year and a half and this place is fantastic. The head coach Lee is absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. If you want to learn real Muay Thai/kickboxing and bjj definitely recommend this place. All the coaches are fantastic and have plenty of classes/ open matts to attend to.
This is a great place to train and learn martial arts! All the coaches are great and they really know how to explain things on a technical level. I highly recommend joining this gym especially if you’re new to martial arts like I was. Everyone makes you feel welcomed and is happy to teach.

As a family-owned and operated gym, it offers a warm and welcoming environment for all ages. My family, including my 4-year-old, 8-year-old, myself, and my sister-in-law, all love attending classes here. The coaches at Vital Force MMA Total Gym are truly top-notch. With years of experience in fighting and self-defense, they bring a wealth of knowledge to every session. The Coaches are all skilled fighters, certified in different martial arts such as Muay Thai, jujitsu, boxing, yoga and personal training. They all have extensive expertise & shines through in HIIT, boxing/self-defense, and personal training sessions. The entire gym gives a great vibe of a welcoming ans a sense of community. They are excellent with children and dedicate coaching to these kids every day at 4 pm. The gym's emphasis on self-defense training is not only empowering but also practical. It's reassuring to know that we are learning valuable skills while getting fit and having fun. Overall, I can't recommend Vital Force MMA Total Gym enough. If you're looking for a family-friendly gym with expert coaches and a wide range of classes, this is the place to be. Vital Force is hands down one of the best Muay Thai gym in Corona. Coach Lee is a very calm and proficient instructor. Not only was the lesson very easy and useful to learn on my first day, but it is still handy throughout all my days that I am going. I got recommended this place by multiple close friends of mine, and I am pleased to say that I am glad I took them up on their reccomendation. The techniques you will learn in this gym will integrate into your lifestyle not only for fighting but also as part of a healthier life. I do want to say that when I first came to this gym I was very nervous of not being able to learn properly, but rest assured that this gym will 100% teach you what you need to know even if you don't know a whit of Muay Thai. The staff are very nice and respectable, as well as the gym itself is very well kept and clean. If you're looking for a Muay Thai place or any martial arts gym look no more because it won't get any better than this place!
