Impact coaches have no learning structure or idea what they are doing. With no plan, the instructors ask what the kids want to learn and end up trying to teach “arm bar from half guard”… that’s not a thing, and anyone who even allows such incompetence in instruction shouldn't be running a gym. Will not be going here to improve my jiu jitsu.

My 4yr old daughter started about 2 months ago and she absolutely loves it. All the instructors/coaches are great and have a lot of patience with the little ones. While still being serious they make learning fun. You are able to take your child to class as much as you are willing/able to. Currently my daughter goes to class every Monday and every other Tuesday due to my schedule but hopefully soon I can take her more than just a day or two a week. I took jiu-jitsu for 12yrs and it was very structured where I had to learn one move and be able to do it like it was second nature before moving on to the next. Here, although it's not that way I've noticed the instructors do go over what was already learned and add to it. I think it's still much for a 4yr old to remember but my daughter seems to hone in a lot. Overall I am happy with Impact Jiu-jitsu and most of all my daughter is happy as well. Great gym!
This gym is lead by some of the best coaches! It shows with how much kids come out. Great attitude and positive coaching.
After having searched for a gym to join Jiujitsu. No place felt this right off the bat, with awesome instructors and a headcoach to lead this amazing team. I recommend this to anyone looking to make new connection, grow and build confidence in a safe and respectful place while still being pushed to better physicals and mental health. With great friend ships already created i will be part of this family for life !!!!
