We couldn’t be happier with this gym and the impact it has had on our son. We started MMA at Juggernaut 6 months ago with the kids program and can see the difference in confidence already. The coaches have been welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping every child grow both on and off the mats. The training is top notch, but what stands out most is the emphasis on respect, discipline, confidence, and hard work. Our son has improved tremendously in his skills while also becoming more focused and self confident in everyday life which was our first goal. The atmosphere feels like a family. You can see and feel the respect from not only the coaches but the students give to one another. If you and/or your child are looking for an MMA gym that truly cares about its students and helps them become stronger athletes and better people, we highly recommend it.

Jeff is an amazing gym owner, coach, and friend. He genuinely cares about people and the sport. His passion cannot be understated. He helped me become a better fighter and guided me through my career while I was fighting. I cannot express how much I appreciate him and his gym. I also refer people to Juggernaut when they ask where to go for martial arts, self defense, or where to get their kids in for martial arts.

This is a great dojo. Great coaches, serious teaching, great workouts, and great families. We are part of the kids program and it has been a wonderful experience.

Both of my boys love going to Juggernaut MMA. They’ve learned so much and their confidence has grown since they started. The coaches here are amazing and teach the kids not only MMA but respect and integrity.

One of the main issues is the student to instructor ratio. With usually only 1 instructor handling so many students, it feels overcrowded, and newer students usually don’t get the attention they need. The kids' coaches don’t seem to have the qualifications or professionalism you’d expect, often ridiculing kids in front of the entire class, making a mockery of them. The “world-class training” promise seems a bit overstated. The training is decent, but it’s not something you couldn’t find elsewhere, and potentially better. On the Juggernaut official website, they claim they do more in 2 days than most other gyms and that kids will learn at an accelerated rate. The emphasis on accelerated learning seems to sacrifice proper technique, which is concerning when it comes to long-term development. The facility itself is another issue. It is not well-maintained, with cleanliness and safety being major problems and the bathroom always being in poor condition. The environment can also feel very judgmental, especially if your views or beliefs are different from the majority. Juggernaut also claims to have a “family-like” environment, but the constant gossip among parents, makes that claim not so believable. Not only is it distracting, but it’s also very disrespectful, it also detracts from the sense of community they claim to prioritize. Although my child never officially competed at a tournament under Juggernaut, I’ve heard stories from others about a lack of support from the owner/coach, like showing up late, ignoring struggling students, or not being encouraging. Long story short, while this gym does have potential, all these issues make it hard to justify the time and financial investment.
