Dave is an amazing trainer and great guy to be around. I highly recommend him to anyone who really wants to get into excellent shape. It's not easy, he will make you work, but it will be well worth it! 3 weeks in, and just 3 hours a week. I feel sculpted.

Great workouts just started with David recently and really like the personal attention and especially the boxing workouts which I just realized are hiit workouts . So far very pleased with the results after 4 years of being a couch potato. I have a long ways to go to get back close to where I once was. My goal is to climb mountains again. I will get there.

Great place to get into boxing! David truly cares about the people he trains. He's always encouraging and motivating you. If you're ready to compete he takes you through the process of acquiring your amateur boxing license and signing up for a sanctioned fight. Unfortunately, I was only in La Grande for 3 months and did not have the opportunity to compete. If you live in La Grande and have aspirations to box definitely check out The Bullinator gym.
