Best employees around. I took the 6am kickboxing class and it was amazing! What fun fun group of people. The trainer took extra time to show me the moves and everyone was so nice and welcoming. Thank you so much I Love Kickboxing ❤️

My wife was a member for several months. It’s a fantastic place for anyone looking to get in shape, no matter your fitness level. The workouts are intense but fun, and the instructors are always encouraging, pushing you to do your best. The community atmosphere makes it even better — you never feel like you’re working out alone. If you’re looking for a great place to get fit and have fun, this is it!

Best work out classes I have ever attended. The studio is nice and big, and always very clean looking. The instructors are always super encouraging and engaging with each member making sure that everyone is getting in their best work out possible. The vibe is always upbeat and energetic. It’s such a fun class every time!

This place is Awesome!! I’m so impressed by the customer service and atmosphere they provide here it’s truly unique. Very clean and so fun and motivational. The one on one training you receive during your first visit is personalized to fit your needs going forward and they genuinely care about your fitness goals. A special thanks to the owner Nick and to Aiden for making my family and I feel so welcome. This is a place for everyone any age or gender - No body shaming everyone is welcome just a wonderful atmosphere to get in shape and relieve some stress. I look forward to my next visit. iLoveKickboxing WILL change your life. If you’re looking for a place that will consistently prove to be the most uplifting part of your day, you have certainly come to the right place. Every instructor is professionally trained, they are so awesome and the positivity keeps me going day after day! The studio is high-class and always incredibly clean. I’ve never had fun reaching my fitness goals until now, because working out had always been a monotonous and and bleak experience. I am in the best shape of my life and each class just raises the bar! I have enough energy to get everything done at home (AFTER work!), and people have seen a drastic change in my confidence and attitude in general. Having trouble staying motivated? You don’t have to anymore; just show up and let the professionals do the work! I cannot recommend it enough! Make the commitment to turn your life around and watch it unfold in a way that will have you sore and satisfied– from laughter; from a newfound endurance.
