I joined in march of 2023. by the end of 2023 Coach Molly & her team brought me to the National Olympic Trials placing me #3 Rank in the Nation, and now 2025 as a professional 6-0(3KOs)

Great environment, helpful coaches, and a hard workout. They give you feedback throughout the class which is nice and push you hard without going too far. The environment is comfortable and inclusive which you feel the moment you step through the door. Everyone in the gym seems to really love it there. I’m excited to go back, get into shape, and learn more about boxing.

McConnell’s is best-in-class for amateur boxing, technical development, and/or just getting a fun workout. The community at the gym is real and inclusive and has become a second home for the last 2 years. Coach Josh, Jenomi, and Denise are incredible. Molly is as successful as a gym owner as a boxer. Her taste in music could improve ;) but this gym is special.
