I have been training off and on for over 10+ years. so I have trained at a couple of gyms and Monster Fit is by far my favorite gym. the coaches are great and super friendly Diego does a fantastic job teaching all levels of athletes so every one feels comfortable and can improve weather you are beginner or a pro they will make you better and they will have you improving in no time. I can truly say the coaches really care about their students and it shows in the atmosphere at the gym everyone is really friendly and eager to learn and train together. I highly recommend this gym!

Wether you want to compete at a high level learn basic skills or just want a good workout. I’d recommend Monster fit to anybody and all skill levels. Coach Diego is an amazing coach and always brings the best out of his students.

The best Striking gym in the PNW and some of the best coaches/teammates you could ever ask for! I've been training almost half my life in MMA and this is one of if not the best gym I've had the chance to train at. I recommend it to any up and coming fighter or any one who is trying to get into shape!

I’ve been at this gym for almost 2 years and I love it. I recommend this gym for anyone and everyone. Great beginner classes and excellent advance classes for competition, also if you wanna learn self defense and get into great shape this is the place for you!! All coaches are involved with everyone. You’ll never feel left out 💪
