A big spacious boxing gym with a good assortment of equipment in Heavy bags and Speed bags. One treadmill. Assortment of other workout equipment for abs or in Sledge hammer on Tires. One Big boxing ring at center. An area with mirrors for shadow boxing. Plenty of gear for boxing training. Questionable is restroom or change rooms. Overall the gym is a pretty good Set Up
