This is a fantastic all around workout, the staff and other members have always been energetic and supportive. The atmosphere is positive and I leave sweaty, tired, and most importantly uninjured.
Fit 4 is arguably the best part of my week. The trainers are all amazing people and the member community is like one big family! Highly recommend giving it a try if you’re looking for a quick, effective, and fun workout - even if you have no prior boxing experience.
Fit 4 Boxing is amazing! I look forward to attending classes multiple times a week! Many different class times, make it easy to attend with my busy mom schedule. All of the boxing instructors are great! They encourage as well as inspire all participants with their positive attitude and fun energy vibes! Definitely love working out here!
I joined Fit 4 a few years ago, had to move for work, and when returning to the area I was excited to come back to Fit 4! On your first class, the trainer introduces themselves to you and reviews the punches with you/how the class works, and will help you during the class need be. All of the staff is very welcoming and you can just feel that they want to see you succeed and have fun with it! In short, I love this class, the time flies by, every day there is a different instructor, different variations, fun music to keep you moving, I truly get my sweat on and stress out from the work day!
Boxing at Fit 4 is my absolute favorite workout. Each workout is different, unique, challenging and fun! I love working out with the members and the staff. After being a dedicated member for about 6 years now, Fit 4 boxing is my second home filled with family! I love this gym! Thank you for providing such an awesome place and workout for us all the time! 🥊 ♥️
