Signed myself (39) and my 3 children (4,6,8) up for classes. Experience has been great! Heath and his wife were patient and fun exercising with my girls. I think this will be great for their self-esteem and confidence. The 7:15 pm boxing class was a great workout!
Just took my first boxing class to try things out and Heath has me hooked. I'm completely out of shape, and explained up front how I need to get back to where I want to be. Heath took time to push me, instruct me and makes learning the sport fun! I'm so excited to continue with classes, get back to the real me, and learn techniques along the way. So worth the money! It's insane the workout and value provided here!
My sister and I started attending this gym on a Groupon, and I am totally in love. We will both be joining full time and attending boxing and kickboxing classes. All of the other students are very pleasant and the instructor is a super nice and friendly guy. This has been a great way to get back in shape and learn some techniques from a highly trained professional.
Heath is no joke! His fit boxing is legit and super tough! I enjoyed it and was a good workout. He’s a good trainer as well and has fun doing it with us. You will for sure stay fit and lose weight doing his classes especially the fit boxing 101.
What an amazing trainer and equally befitting facility. Heath, the owner, goes out of his way to personalize your experience even during group classes. Has a genuine stake in the success of the people that come to his gym. Not just a number here. First name basis and exceptional customer service. He trains children and adults with the same vigor but in a way that makes it fun. If you are an athlete training in the off season, someone looking to take better control of your health, or a parent that wants your child to learn the life skill of self defense, CIFC is for you.
