I had a social for my local networking group there. The entire staff was friendly, patient, and communicative. Heather was awesome to work with booking the social, and touching base with throughout the process. Taran, Elise, and especially Chelsea were all so gracious and helpful with a bunch of beginners. My entire group had a blast. We had so much fun a few of us signed up for membership. Thank you so much, all!
Well had account issues with the bank and had to get a new card. Well that led to wife not going back to gym as she thought I wasn’t paying for it but I was the whole time. 5to 6 months of no activity yet when I cancel I get no refund even after just.being charged the day before. The manager refused to refund me anything and then proceeded to tell me that I didn’t call as many times as I said I had IE calling me a liar when I told them the system wouldn’t let me leave a message and no one called me back. Although according to her they did. I have no voicemail nor missed call and I’m not stupid either. I also never leave a google review unless you push my buttons like the manager did. My wife will never go back to this gym and hope this review helps others understand they are crooks or at least the manager is. Poor customer service skills to say the least. I’ve literally been trying to get through to someone for three days and that’s how I’m treated. Given we had a snow storm but cmon I told her that not the taste you want to leave customers with and she didn’t seem to care at all. HORRIBLE.
I joined Title Boxing Club over 7 years ago and see no end in sight. This club is full of good friends, great owners (new in the last few years), motivating trainers and fun events. I knew nothing of boxing and was not a fan of "group" fitness, but my mind was changed upon taking that first class. This is absolutely a workout for every body, every age, every ability. You make the heavy bag workout yours! We love to make new members into new friends. If you haven't been, come in and give a class a try!

I have been really enjoying my time at Title boxing. This was only my 3rd time, but I love the culture and the atmosphere! I have never boxed a day in my life and the coaches as well as the frequent goers are so helpful and patient as I learn. I want to shout out coach Walter specifically, as he was the best coach yet, just giving such clear instructions that really helped me understand even deeper! Looking forward to next week! 🥊🧡
