Joined as a complete beginner and a couple of months after my open-heart surgery. Despite this, Coach Haad was extremely accommodating and designed a personalized training program that included private martial arts lessons, strength training, and regular classes. His fees are beyond reasonable, and he truly knows his stuff. The atmosphere is also very friendly and encouraging, and no matter what level you are, there's always going to be a room to grow here. Coach Haad trained me back to strength and if I didn't have to move, I'd be training under him for years.

I joined this gym for just over a year while I was living in Hershey and had such a wonderful time. Starting martial arts for the first time as a woman can be really intimidating but everyone here did a great job of making me feel welcomed. I made great friends and got very close with the coaches. Haad and Dave really know what they're doing and if you ever want to try something or have questions they will give you their full time and attention. Highly recommend !

Great training environment, friendly staff and training partners, and awesome lessons. 10/10, recommend coming here. Made us feel welcomed the first time we stepped foot in the gym.

Started here months ago and easily best gym I have been to. Coaches are great and go to make sure they work with every student. Great atmosphere and whether you’re looking to lose weight, train and compete, they have it all while being fun. Definitely try it out.

Coach Haad and his crew are some of the best people, and instructors, I have ever had the pleasure of working with and learning from. Highly knowledgeable, skilled, compassionate, funny, you’ll have a lot of fun I promise. If you know the cliché about a “team being a family” but never really feeling that way, well … this gym is different - this is an actual family, in fact we all share the same last name, “ABrotherhoodAndLoveForMMA.” Coach Haad will hunt you down if you’re missing from class or sick and make sure you’re okay if you forgot to let the gym know. The instructors here truly go above and beyond to care about you and deliver and instruct you in learning professional fighting skills. By far the best gym in the area to learn MMA, we have many people driving from far away parts like Lancaster and other places every week because the coaches here are so good and other places don’t compare. The training is personalized and just top notch … Very reasonable prices - saying this as a college student - and great plans and packages. I would NOT hesitate to check this gym out - you WILL get your money’s worth and then some, with a family and community that genuinely cares about you to boot. If you’ve ever been interested in learning how to fight, and to fight well, THIS is the place to start your journey.
