If anyone wants to join, I'm pretty sure they train around Wednesday and at 6 pm. They train about 2 to 3 times a week I believe. Sadly I only got to train there once, hope I can come again someday. But if you wanna train in the art of boxing (Hands only-not kickboxing), then this is a really great place for you. The masters are very nice people, and a lot of nice people come, but the training will knock the endurance right out of you a few times. But out of many places, this place is worth it.
