My membership was held here for 2 years, but what happened to me the past 12-14 months was disturbing. Ryan Troutman the owner continually made false statements about me behind my back to other members in the gym in essence defaming my character.For some reason he assumed that I worked for the FBI and told numerous members to stay away and not to talk to me. During this time I became an outcast in my own gym, while Mr. Troutman seemed nervous and fearful the times I was there for no reason. If he or anyone else would have came up to me and asked, I would have told them I do not work for the FBI and never have, but no ever did as everyone believed the lies. What is interesting is that during my entire membership Mr. Troutman and I never had a conversation together. For months I ignored all this until finally it became such a toxic environment there that I left 3 weeks ago. If this could happen to someone who is a senior citizen and served this country like myself it could happen to anyone who decides to join this gym and I’m determined that it will not. You never make judgements about someone that you don’t know and never spoke to before that is unacceptable.

Truthfully, before this I did not understand the hype surrounding Fitness Factory. I went to a different gym that I really enjoyed. In the past, I went to Fitness Factory a couple of off times and brushed it off. I didn’t like getting used to the different layout and machines and such. People kept telling me how much better it is than other local gyms, and I just could not see it. So, my partner got me a month pass here to see if I would change my mind (spoiler: it did). I’m only about two weeks into that month pass, and I think I can safely say I will not be going back to my old gym. Your lifts at Fitness Factory FEEL different. The energy and atmosphere you feel here is real and charged. For the first time in a long time, I am excited to go to the gym and work hard. They have some machines that my old gym didn't have, which I appreciate. This gym feels like a real community. Everyone, and I mean everyone, is so nice here. The gym owners are often out and around in the facility which is cool to see. It makes me feel like they are truly invested and that they care. They have always been so kind and positive towards me. They seem like lovely people. The gym itself has a large variety of machines and free weights. It has mirrors everywhere for you to check your form and your progress. I will say, my only complaint is that I feel like some of the machines could be updated/newer but it seems like the owners are actively working on that. I know they have some newer machines in there that they recently added. They also have cool amenities like a body comp scan, sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, etc. From my experience, this is quite innovative for our area. Overall, I’m very glad I finally gave Fitness Factory the chance it deserved. I would recommend this gym to anyone who wants to excel in their lifting habits. They have something for everyone from young athletes to power lifters to even a 40 year old mom such as myself all the way to my 70 year old father who trains multiple times a week with Troutman... the owners are super passionate about their business and offer a warm greeting to everyone! Proud to be a part of this gym!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Whenever I’m in Williamsport, PA, the first stop is always Fitness Factory! The equipment is phenomenal—better than any of the 25 gyms I have access to in Northern Virginia, from franchises to local spots. Ryan, the owner, is amazing at providing guidance and support. If you’re serious about fitness, this gym is a must-visit. It’s hands down the best!

This is the BEST GYM!!! They have free samplings of products on Mondays, Everyone helps everyone, there is so much equipment to accommodate all needs. Whether you are young or old, fit, or just starting, the Fitness Factory has something for you!
