The best place to train boxing in Rhode Island. Jose Santos has kept me in shape for years. At 56 I feel younger than ever. Amazing place!
First stop for my son when he came to from Florida to Rhode Island, was 401 Boxing and he and I fell in love with the place the owner and the coaches are excellent. They make you feel like your family on the first day.
401 boxing is by far the best boxing gym in all of Rhode Island and Possibly even the North East! I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and there’s just something about the place thar screams HOME! I appreciate the trainer Jose Santos and all he’s done for the community with this establishment.
This the gym we all get busy at! great for the kids to learn at a young age and develop relationship with other youth. For women and men to get in great fitness and also people who want to take the sport serious and be involved in the competition.
This gym is the truth! All I can say is show up and don't give up. Follow Jose's workout plan and you can't lose. In one month I'm down 12 pounds and feel great!
