I had an amazing experience at this boxing gym and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their fitness or boxing skills. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, and they create a supportive and challenging environment that pushes you to achieve your goals. The facilities are top-notch and well-maintained, with a wide range of equipment to choose from. Overall, I had a fantastic time at this gym and can't wait to go back!
If you want to learn how to box or have fun while staying fit I suggest u try this place out! Honestly did not know what to expect walking in a boxing gym for the first time but the coaches were all down to earth and understanding. The class exciting and they cater to your experience level. Needless to say I'm the newst gym member. Definitely recommend!
Really great training space, with great instructors making sure you get the correct techniques & skills to practice correctly!! 10/10 experience.
Got a free class n in just one class the guys at boxing n more were able to clear up so much in terms of boxing fundamentals. Got me hooked it's a gym with actual boxers that are down to help u get to the next level regardless of your background. Im now a fulltime member lol Definitely recommend.
