The fellas at Body Work Boxing took me in at a time I needed it most. The family atmosphere they have is unlike anything I have ever been apart of and I highly recommend them just try it and you’ll never look back!

Jon and Zack are experienced boxers and excellent coaches. This place is a legit boxing gym for all skill levels. If you’re interested in learning how to box, definitely check it out.
