My biggest change since starting at Aura mid March is, I’m happier! Aura kickboxing is fun! It’s tough, muscles may hurt, but I enjoy the classes so much it motivates me to continue. To exercise just to get in shape, (going to the gym to lift weights, workout on machines or take classes) doesn’t motivate me. I’m outdoorsy, the only indoor class that I really enjoy that gets me fit is Aura Kickboxing. 🥊❤️ My biggest change since starting at Aura mid March is, I’m happier! Aura kickboxing is fun!
