Pro Fitness is a great facility with top-notch equipment and a welcoming atmosphere. The management and staff are wonderful — always friendly, helpful, and committed to making sure members succeed. Highly recommend!

I originally cancelled my membership here or so I thought, they kept trying to charge my old card which now leads into over 200 dollars that I owe to a gym which I don’t go to. Management needs to do better or the gym should shut down. Machines are old and clanky, floors are dirty, bathrooms never have working toilets and the showers have mold. Do better.

At first it was a decent gym until some rude short lady kicked me out because i was wearing slides. I wore slides every single time i came in and it wasnt a issue but now it is ?. Im not giving you guys money, paying for a membership, then you are telling me what i can and cant wear ?? Lmao saying its a liability issue ? Like bro its slides either way when you drop a 45 lb plate on a pair of slides vs a pair of nike shoes its gonna have the same result.

ProFitness was a good deal when I first started there in 2021. In that time I dealt with the machines that were "out of order" and the showers that were mediocre at best. I also was OK with the fact that most people never cleaned their machines after using them, as I would always have a spray bottle and paper towel with me to clean it before I used the machines. Lastly, it was convenient to my house and a reasonable price ($269) for the year. When new management took over, things started to change...and not for the better. They saw a need to add a boxing ring, which I have never seen anyone use. This took up space and made them cram machines closer and closer to each other. They also added tint to the windows which to me was a waste of money. I could care less if people could see in. This was money they could have used to fix the aforementioned equipment that was always broken. Along with equipment, the men's locker room always had something broken...urinals, benches, towel racks and this always took forever to see get fixed. Oh yeah and it was NEVER cleaned. The last straw for me was recently one of the showers had a tile issue and was closed with "Caution Tape" covering it (since at least September 2025). This was the only decent working shower. Of the other 3, one had barely any water pressure, another had barely any hot water (bad mixing valve I assume) and the last one was the one everyone who showered want because it was the best of the worst. Then they had the audacity to up the price for a one year membership to $400. That is a 33% increase... for what? Bad equipment, a dirty broken down locker room and showers...and a ring I would never use. I'm done as I joined another local gym, which cleans their facilities, requires members to wipe down equipment and fixes machines in a timely manner when broken. Oh, yeah and all for $100 less per year. So stay clear of this gym until management puts money into it, but I don't see that happening any time soon.

Have been going to the gym for about 5 years now and it’s never been the cleanest or very well kept up with but it seems to have gotten worse over the past year or two. The bathrooms are often filthy, the soap and paper towels are constantly empty and the new issue is the broken or unused AC that’s made it extremely difficult to work out comfortably in the gym for the past few months. Hoping the new ownership gets the place together but so far it’s not looking like that will happen. It’s unfortunate because the variety of equipment and the crowd is great.
