This past New Years i had a resolution to get in shape and become healthier not just for myself but for my child too. I saw the Emerge martial arts challenge on facebook and desided thats whats i was going to do. i started off with no training in kickboxing or any type of fighting skills. Im now about 5 months into the program and im down 45lbs. Its not easy but i work really hard, coach Lue keeps me motivated to train hard and i see results. not just by the way i look but how i feel. I have more energy more confidence and if someone tries to fight me...... I know i can protect myslef.
I started with Lou Jan 2017 on a six week challenge, that changed me the first day. His motivation and positive energy is addictive. I had been to other kickboxing gyms and I did not last two days, here now over a year later and Lou still motivates and challenges me. Always have a great time at Emerge Martial Arts. Lou challenges you to achieve your goals in a positive way. He cares a lot about what he does and it shows. You'll learn about proper form and technique in addition to calorie burning workouts. I highly recommend training here!
