Excellent boxing coach! Loved having my son attend his Saturday classes. He hits 850+ on the strength challenge devices after learning how to properly shift his hips from Mike. Strength, discipline, focus, and determination were all instilled onto my son due to Mike’s training. Highly recommend Mike to anyone interested!
