Had the best time at my first ever boxing/kickboxing class! Edgar was very patient and made sure I understood all the moves but didn’t let that impact the overall flow of the class. Will be back!!
The coaches here are amazing. They are so patient, professional and knowledgeable. Coach Bernard , coach Edgar and coach Ronaldo go above and beyond to teach the kids and my kids just think so highly of them . So grateful for them and this place ! The owner has really outdone himself with the place and the people he’s got working here. Everyone is so nice and helpful they immediately make you feel welcome here.
Best place for MMA training in the CSRA. Great team, coaches and members. Striking classes are a great workout, on top of a curriculum that combines elements of Kick boxing, Karate, Muah Thai, etc. great place to learn how to do the techniques but also when and why.
Everyone on staff has been amazing. I highly recommend this place. My child’s confidence has increased immensely. There is a sense of community within the gym. People are very encouraging and supportive of each other.
Edgar, an amazing instructor, had my son William hooked within minutes. That Says alot as an instructor and while we were there almost 50+ kids and adults from first timers to experts were all engaged at Greubel’s. That says there’s extreme Leadership in the Organization. Check it out. Awesome !!
