Great place! It’s clean, has an amazing vibe, and the coach is awesome: professional, motivating, and makes every session so much fun. We had a private group class that was full of energy, laughter, and a fantastic workout. Totally recommend!

We absolutely loved our private group class. Coach Brown is amazing, professional, attentive and nice. He helped to improve my paunch and overall we had a lot of fun and a great workout all together.
I felt very welcomed. After showing my skill level, Coach Brown was excellent in helping me make a few technique changes which were very helpful. He taught me some great hit patterns which I loved and can keep working on. He was a great pick for me to come workout with while I was out of town! Excellent instructor!!!
Coach Brown is fantastic. We were visiting family in the area and he fit my 16 year old son in for a few lessons. Coach Brown is enthusiastic, motivating and also patient. My son learned a lot in just a few lessons and definitely wants to train with Coach again the next time we’re in the area.
