I’ll never shop at Dunham Sports again. The employees there are so rude. From the time I walked into the store I was never greeted or asked if I needed help finding anything. When I went to check out there was one checkout open with about 6-7 people waiting and when another employee finally came to open another checkout he helped one person then just stood there talking with another employee and didn’t help any other customers. Then this morning I went to return the sweatshirt I had purchased because it was not the right size and was told that even though it states right on the back of the receipt that if you used a debit card for your purchase you would be refunded in cash that they didn’t have enough cash to refund my whole $50 purchase. So I went back tonight and was told that the sweatshirt smells like smoke. I don’t even smoke so I have no clue what they were talking about. It seems to me like the employees there just don’t want to do their job so they make up excuses not to.
2 times I've stood for at least 15 minutes in the gun department ready to purchase a weapon to have no one show up to help me! If you're not going to have people working an area you could at least post it! Very disappointed but still have my cash!
Good selection but nobody around to help and the front counter person is not at all helpful or friendly.
Horrible customer service. Bought a pair of snow boots and 2 weeks later they were shot from normal use! Tried to return and one manager said they would return if I had the box brought the box back and the next managers was not helpful at all wouldn’t return. Would be nice if you sell something you stand behind your product!
My daughter and I was in there and she was looking for sleepers and found some then we're just roaming around and found a whole bunch of shoes and boots on sale 20 %percent off the original price as marked already. So she only paid 8.00 dollars for the boots. Have a lot of sports gear, clothes, camping and assorted accessories. My friend and I were just in there and bought a pair of under armor shoes for $55
