Meraki is a second home, from the very start everyone is welcoming in the gym, and helps get you where you need to be, as it continues to grow, I would recommend starting a class, even get your kiddo in one!!

A gem in the heart of Rapid! I had one lesson while visiting and Ryan was a wealth of information. I worked on my footwork and he killed me with conditioning (which was exactly what I wanted). I wish I was closer to make this my home gym, but alas I live out of town.
I have been with Meraki Box for 10 months now and it has become an important part of my life living in Rapid City. I have been to many gyms in my life and Meraki is easily one of the best I have been to. Meraki really stands out in three ways: 1. The coaching - Ryan is a fantastic coach who constantly inspires those who attend his classes. Ryan is highly motivating and takes the time to get to know his boxers on a personal level. He and the other coaches have a deep understanding of boxing which makes their coaching more effective when it comes to technique. 2. Conditioning - The level of conditioning you go through at this gym is very high. Your level of cardiovascular endurance will be pushed and you will improve in this aspect immensely. The workout plans during each class have contributed greatly to my conditioning and have made me some of the most conditioned I've been in my life. 3. Family aspect - It is clear from the first class you attend that those who go to Meraki Box treat each other with respect, kindness, and are willing to look out for each other. This is something that Ryan puts a lot of emphasis on, and it's a great thing to have for newcomers and experienced boxers alike. I can't recommend this gym enough. I joined Meraki Box six months ago and could not be happier with my experience, and everything about the gym. The coaches are absolutely amazing and deserve all the attention in the world. From Ryan’s wealth of knowledge, experience, and absolutely extraordinary attitude, to Andrew’s intense workouts that challenge you to be better, to Chad’s open-mindedness and desire to help; they are always willing to help push you to be so much better than you were. They provide personal attention and truly care about helping each member improve their skills, and make everyone feel like they’re part of the Meraki Box Family. What sets Meraki Box apart from other gyms is their consideration for all skill levels. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced boxer, the coaches will work with you to ensure you are getting the most out of your training. They create a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and supported, taking the time to coach newer members personally during classes, and shamelessly teasing the older members. The experienced members in turn are always willing to provide guidance and support, making Meraki Box a great place to train and connect with like-minded individuals. Every interaction is there to help you grow and improve, and fall in love with the process. Overall, Meraki Box is a top-notch boxing gym that provides excellent coaching, personal attention, a welcoming atmosphere, and great community. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their boxing skills or looking for a supportive family to grow with.
Coach Ryan is truly an amazing person. I have never meet someone so positive and supportive in my entire life. I have been to a couple of the camps and WOW is all I can say. This little gym is by far the best. It's not your run of the mill $10 a month gym. It is like working out with a family everyone is super supportive. They really want you to exceed on your journey. All of the coaches are great. If you are looking for a life change you will find it at meraki box. I am simply blown away by the passion Ryan and the assistant coaches have.
