Terry is really great! In the last four months of rehabbing after major surgery, Terri has improved my overall core strength to almost 100%! His focus on the overall condition is impeccable. He gently encourages while being very calculated in his approach to the weakened areas. Terry has a wonderful, almost uncanny grasp of how the body heals throughout the reconditioning. I'm beginning to feel like I can physically do a lot more than I did before my surgery. Thanks, Terry!

Life Fitness Academy is THE best! I have been to trainers but this place is the full package. They not only encourage and train you in the area of fitness, they also teach you about proper nutrition, and help you address issues that keep you from meeting your goals. In my time working with them I have been beyond inspired,encouraged and supported. Do yourself a favor and call them right now! It will change your life. It has definitely changed mine!!
