I've been to a few classes here and the coaching is consistent excellent - good pacing and enough challenge without pushing you over the edge. The box x lift was a great workout and I'll definitely be back for this one!
The Trainers are great. The workouts are intense, but fun.
The coaches are great and very encouraging. They also allow you to go at your own pace. I have attended group fitness places in the past that encouraged you to compete against others and go harder than them, which resulted in my being constantly injured. The workouts are great for anyone at any fitness level. It's also a great way to relieve stress!
Did my first class yesterday! Jeannie did a great job accomedating me. Andrea was super helpful & friendly when I got there. Mark was amazing!!!! I had no idea what I was doing lol & even was frustrated at times but he was encouraging & patient with me. He didn't yell at me like some trainers do. He was super nice & his energy was top notch. The facility was also very clean!!!! I'm definitely coming back. Thank you all so much.
Great class, great music! Very motivating, positive and informative! Jeannie speaks clearly and slowly but gets the job done. Great workout, definitely getting stronger!
