Just joined this gym, and I love the classes! Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu back to back will challenge you physically and mentally in the best way possible. I leave class with big dopamine and adrenaline rushes every time! Troy is a great teacher and focuses on "street" rather than sports jiu-jitsu. The BJJ is No-Gi, which is faster paced and more exciting than Gi in my opinion (i.e., you train in a shorts and T-shirt instead of the traditional white uniform and belt that you see in martial arts movies - training in this way keeps people from just grabbing your uniform and slowing you down). The Muay Thai is something at which I am an absolute beginner, but Troy's family members are also students and have been great to give me tips as well. Stop by and give it a try - it is like a family. I'm the old guy in the cage throwing a cross when Troy said to throw a jab. :)

Love training at this gym, it's the best cardio workout you can get and no matter how good you get you can always squeeze more out of it. The muay thai and jiu jitsu sparring is a blast and can range anywhere between relaxed/experimental and an intense test of your mental and physical limits, depending on what your looking to get out of it that night. Troy is an excellent instructor and will help you dial in your own particular style while still focusing on solid technique. Can't recommend highly enough!
