This gym family is amazing. They are supportive and work hard for you. I'm a hard person to keep motivated, yet I look forward to going every chance I get. Never the same work out, so never bored. Awesome people!!!

I LOVE THIS GYM. I have found support. I have found motivation. I have found family. I have found my home. Getting healthy and staying healthy has never been so fun or so easy. Paul and Christina know what they are doing! Never, ever have I had results like I have had here. I’ve tried gyms all over Sevier Co, I’ve tried working out at home, I’ve tried online programs...... nothing has done for me what No Excuses has. Come try it out...... chances are you’ll see me there ☺️
