This gym is amazing. Great family-like atmosphere, love the instructor and the students. Coach Shane is awesome!!!

I’ve been going to tullahoma Thai boxing since January 3rd 2023, this gym is one of the best gyms I’ve trained at, Shane Wiggand is an amazing coach and the group of guys that I get to work with are amazing athletes. I do both Judo and Muay Thai and it’s a blast.

Just a few months ago, I decided to try out a few classes at Tullahoma Thaiboxing & MMA. I was HOOKED. I signed up right away and starting taking Muay Thai and BJJ. The vibe is very inviting—Shane was/is a professional fighter and has a good method of teaching his class that caters to all skill levels. I highly recommend this place
