Coach Larry Stokes goes above and beyond for families in the community! He is dedicated and challenges each individual to reach their full potential. This gym has helped my family to be more active and health conscious. The feeling of community is a blessing and we are grateful for all the hard work Coach Larry gives to his fighters every day. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is serious about becoming physically fit and is willing to put in the work to make it happen!
