This place is amazing, first day here i felt welcomed. The instructor is great at what he does and asking questions is always a given so that you know how to do it the right way. Definitely a spot to go to if you’re wanting to learn.

I love this gym because it has coaches that love to teach you how to defend yourself and love doing what they do. They have a full MMA training program from boxing, Muay Thai, BJJ, combat sambo and they have sparring classes. I have been in the full MMA combat sambo program and so far I have been training Muay Thai, BJJ, Combat sambo and after my first week I felt like I was ready to pick my first fight haha. I love it here and they’re open Monday - Saturday.

I initially inquired during holiday season and it seemed impossible to get an answer or response from others where as they responded to really swift. Sooner than expected. Not only was I able to come in and consult soon after we had spoken, I wasn’t tested like just a “sale” . I felt heard and accommodated for sure with my schedule . The Environment is clean and very friendly. Already started telling friends

Great people to train your kids and they are all very welcoming. My daughter just started and she loved it!!! I definitely recommend this place. 😁

I would recommend to any and every family the owner so understanding And make sure he helps anyway possible. This is my second time bringing my baby to start boxing, and we are definitely ready to be a part of the family. I can feel the love right at the door so I wouldn’t go any other place!!!
