Never tried something like this gym and they treated me like a family member...coaches are amazing they care about you and the owners are the best

This is a great gym for all fitness levels. All of the instructors are very nice and inclusive and walk you through all of the work outs. Highly recommend this gym in the Brownsville area!

Absolutely love this CrossFit environment! This was my first time starting CrossFit the coaches all are so attentive the owners are always around checking in and making you feel a part of this community! They give great advice and meet you where you’re at helping with modifications or scaling back. The class structure is well thought out with warmups and cool downs love that each coach has a little touch to their workouts. Also the class schedules is a good range if I have to stay late for work I get out knowing I can still make it and get in a good workout! Plus they have additional classes you can always check out my favorites are booty class love this glute focus class usually get left with the best soreness and Get Stretchy which is a must to help my body recover and relax plus you can take what you learn and apply it at any point when you feel tension or strained! Check them out!

I have been a professional medium and exorcist for the past 10 years and I am very sensitive to all energy forces, both good and evil that surround us. The owners and coaches are all great and very approachable and the facility is by far the best gym in Brownsville but I sensed a dark energy emanating from one part of the facility coming from what they call the Fit Room. As soon as I walked into this part of the gym, I felt Assaulted by this dark evil energy emanating from these bicycles that have fans attached to them. Even so, I was able to “exercise” this demon and caste it away. I highly recommend this gym to all mediums, psychics and exorcists….5 stars!
