Best striking school I have ever been to, both coaches are very knowledgeable and passionate about their craft. From morning classes to evening classes they have it all and the new location is amazing. With all the striking classes on top and full weight gym on the bottom. If you’re just starting or have experience in fighting, this gym is welcoming at all levels.

LOVE what they did with the new location and the coaches are amazing who really put their time and effort into a students technique and form . Couldn’t ask for better coaches .

Great place to learn Muay Thai and various other martial arts that are offered at this location! The instructors help to discipline and push the students' limits, beyond what they thought they could achieve!

The best martial arts school in my opinion. You can train striking and grappling. Ironside jiujitsu in partnership with RSSA is run by professor Damian and it is excellent. He explains each technique and drill in a way that everyone can understand regardless of experience level. The striking taught by coach moscorro is also excellent. Elevating everyone’s technique from hobbiest to fighters. Having such high quality instructors in one gym is a privilege and I implore anyone who wishes to train martial arts to come and check out the RSSA/Ironside

this place is amazing, take your kids to train and be healthy plus it helps them to stay out of trouble and out of drugs. The coaches/instructors are very knowledgeable and will bring out the best out of you.
