It sounds cheese, but this place changed my life. I am turning 50 this month and have been working in front of a computer for 30 years. After 2 months of twice a week, I have enough energy to skip naps and play with kids in the pool on a regular basis. I am not buff yet and I still have a beer belly, but turns out my body composition is changing. My body fat ratio has been decreasing. I look forward to changes in the future! Ps. I am not able to fully finish class yet, but I am closer to it!
If I could give Rumble Frisco more than 5 stars, I would! I’ve been coming here 3-5 times a week since March 2024. I was looking to restart my fitness journey after having a baby, and this gym was exactly what I needed. You can easily modify the workouts and go at your own pace. The facility is clean, the staff brings the best vibes, and the instructors are next-level. They are so passionate and motivating, and they actually make the effort to know your name and hype you up for class. This place has become a second home to me. I’m in better shape, I have way more energy, and my mental health is so much better. Highly recommend!
I’ve taken 4 classes so far and I’m hooked!!! 45 minutes of boxing, strength training, and pure intensity. Mariah is an amazing trainer, she brings the kind of energy that motivates you to take it up a notch (or 5). Highly recommend!
Absolutely love it here! The trainers are sooo welcoming along with the owners as well. Always there to greet you with a big smile. Whether you’re a pro MMA fighter or novice to fitness, their classes are structured to challenge yourself at all levels. Super happy with my membership :)
The studio is beautiful and you are guaranteed a great workout. It is a very clean and inviting space when you walk in! You can tell the new owners care about their studio and members. Lots of space inside where the workout takes place! Music and lights set the vibe and it is easy to follow thanks to great instructors and the visuals provided. Definitely encourage you to try it out. And they are on ClassPass, yay!
