After visiting many gyms I was able to see the difference in Coach Robert’s care for the kids and his competing fighters. Great place to learn actual boxing whether it’s for competition, working out, or self defense. We love the family involvement and team spirit!

If you want a good workout then yes try this gym. Anything other than that you can kiss goodbye. Head trainer had us "light sparring" within a week. Sparring wasn't light and no fighters came back the next week including me.
Friendly ppl. Very respectful and mannerable boxers. My son is 14 and will begin in a few days. If you can get past the exterior, the benefits will be worth it, I believe.
