I've been going to this academy since July of 2025 and it has been a great experience. I love the atmosphere. The coach is very knowledgeable. The fellow students treat each other as friends and family. It's an amazing place

My kids have been attending Fists for Life for about 8 months now, and I have to say, if I could give them 10 stars I would! Coach Duran not only is a great teacher but the teaching really is “for life.” He obviously is really knowledgeable in skills, but the reason I have committed to bringing my kids here is his life lessons and application. Plus, he offers so many classes throughout the week and on Saturdays. In these months, I have seen my kids’ confidence grow, along with self-control, integrity, and overall being a good human. If yall are looking for a gym to take your kids to, I would recommend Fists for Life.

Led by a great coach who gets a bit of work in with everyone to make sure they’re being as technical and consistent as possible. My time there was short since I’m from out of town, but Daniel helped me improve in kickboxing, better understand fundamentals of the ground game, and even consider more things than I previously had. Hoping to see the gym grow as it continues being led by coach Daniel!

Amazing place to train, great group of guys and Daniel is by far the best coach I’ve ever had. He really pushes you to be the best that you can be. It’s a very friendly and welcoming environment overall. Best MMA gym out there!
