I believe atmospheres and machines are what make a gym and border flex had exactly just that! Called earlier in the day about a day pass and was told guest aren’t allowed after 10 but was still allowed permission in the gym after due to work hours. Very friendly staff, hands down best gym in the valley, will come again!!!

This is the gym you looking for, from the variety of machines to the lighting in the building to the music everything fits perfect for a killer workout💪🏽 everything always clean, friendly staff that will gadly help with any questions you have .even on workout advice

This is a great gym to workout. Has a little of everything, atmosphere is unmatched, gym goers are friendly, and gym equipment is on point. Always a great pump and owner is by far amazing.

This gym had an incredible atmosphere. Each equipment was hand selected all the way from an old school. V1 cybex hack squat to Paramount classics regarding leg day, this is the top gym in the valley for it. Regarding the Front Desk and cleaning staff. It is 10 out of 10. All the members are sweet and respectful you can tell this place is home day one :)

Ive tried a variety of gyms throughout the years here in south texas, this place just hits different! Not to mention Hidalgo’s first gym! No need to drive any further and crazy traffic wait at times! Also, metal plates!!!, wide variety of dumbbells, PLENTY of equipment to target just about every muscle part of the body! The wall color and graffiti logos just sit perfectly. Clean equipment, restrooms and plenty of sanitation sprays and towels around you! Owner/staff friendly and welcoming to everyone! 10/10 would recommend this gym! Authenticity is 👌🏻‼️‼️
