Used to box here and plan on coming back. The perfect place to get into boxing, welcoming coaches and the people/guests are great. Service won't disappoint you and you will immediate feel the difference when you walk through their door.

Great Gym, Excellent Coaches and a wonderful workout. This place has a little bit of everything and something for someone. Whether you're looking to just get in shape, cut weight, want to just expand your mindset and learn new techniques or looking to compete. CDM is a family oriented Environment, from kids to teens, middle age adults or the elderly. Every moment here is a exciting new experience.

A vintage, large sized gym with great coaches that provide a classic training experience. The photos on the website do not do this gym justice. We are open and we are still training through the pandemic. Just be sure to show up in shape with a great head on your shoulders.

Great effort with each student. I love the dedication of not only the coaches but the families. Makes you feel a part of the family from day one.
