Great training and an awesome environment. The instructors are very knowledgeable and take the time to help everyone improve, no matter their experience level. The atmosphere is welcoming, motivating, and very professional. I’ve learned a lot and highly recommend DefendFit to anyone looking to build real self-defense skills while getting a great workout.

This is a fantastic place to train in martial arts. There is a variety of martial arts to choose from here, but the instructors are all very knowledgeable in what they're teaching. They're also friendly and down to earth. I really enjoyed my time training here.

I would have to say this is the best martial arts school i have ever attended! The atmosphere is friendly not intimidating for new students. I recently got back into boxing and martial arts and can say all the instructors and staff are excellent. Facility is well maintained and clean. All the instructors are top notch and patient, you're not going to get the variety of styles taught for an affordable rate anywhere that i know of. I highly recommend this school for yourself or children fantastic place John!

My child enjoyed the class so much. The class is fun because John and Tyron are not only best instructors but they are friendly and very nice and they really teach everyone. Even the person in the front desk/ reception is very nice. They sanitized equipments every after use and check temperature before class too.
