This is a great gym. Has had many changes but it was very much worth it. All the coaches and people training there are all welcoming and treat you like family the day you walk in. HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING HERE.

Since mid 2022 the gym has changed for the better. New coach’s and equipment everything is good. They work you hard i would recommend coming here to get some work.

I came across coach Martinez about 8 months ago now. I am a 36 year business professional that was looking for an environment where I could get myself into better shape and meet and surround myself by good people and learn more about the sport that I love. i could not be happier with the gym and the results that i've gotten thus far. The atmosphere is perfect...he is always in control and everybody is respectful and supportive. If you are serious about making yourself a better person along with a better fighter look no more just come ready to listen and learn!

I enjoyed my boxing session with Coach Martinez and strength conditioning session with Allison. The double duo will whip you into shape. 🥊 🏋️‍♀️
