The coaches are very inspiring and helpful. They are also very patient and willing to work with you if you aren't picking things up as fast as others or if you need to simply find your pace. It also helps that the environment feels welcoming from the get-go and that the other patrons are also very supportive along with the coaches.
Title helped/helps me reach my goals with losing weight, body toning, stress management and maintain a overall healthier lifestyle. I'm also the type that if I can't give it 100, I don't give anything at all. Title has mentally help me realize that even if I can't give it my all, to give something. If not a full 1.2.3.4 POWER then 1...1...1...1,2 jab for example. Something is better than nothing. I'm still in the midst of perfecting this mentally because I need to strengthen it for my daily life habits. Also, I get bored easily and the different trainers with their unique styles on different days help me enjoy working out tremendously.
The 5 am class is awesome! Shot out to Anwar and the whole team that helps him. Not only do we stick to the structured combinations each round but we get a good amount of pad and footwork drills in between. I have been going to Title since January 26' about 3-4 times a week and each time has been fun and exhausting (in a good way). To Title: Always keep Anwar on the 5 am schedule please!
Very family-friendly. It works wonderfully for my teen, and I feel safe leaving him and coming back because they maintain eye contact on them, which is an A+ for me since I am very overprotective with my son, even though he is a teenager. My smaller child loves it, too. The coaches are wonderful and very patient with the little ones; they take time to teach them."
Signed up back in June for a weight loss. LOVED EVERY SECOND OF CLASS!!! All of The Instructors are well knowledgeable and professional in their craft. The staff are very courteous and helpful with any questions you have. The shop gear inside the gym also impressive. LONG LIVE KILEEN TITLE BOXING CLUB!!!
