Dropped in for a training session while working in the Houston area. Great group to train with. Coach Austin was very informative and welcoming. I would highly recommend training with this group no matter what your goals are in life!

Elite MMA has been a truly wonderful place for my child. Since starting classes, I've noticed a significant increase in her self-confidence. The instructors create a very supportive and encouraging environment for all the students. I've seen her grow not only in her physical abilities but also in her self-assurance. It's been a joy to witness her development in such a positive setting.

My daughter is 7 , she has been here for almost a year and it’s been such a great experience! The coaches really care about helping her grow not only in her skills and self defense but also in her confidence and self discipline. Highly recommend! I love as a mom seeing my daughter learn these life skills and thrive in this environment.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The instructors are truly the best they not only teach with passion and expertise but also make you feel like part of a big, supportive family. Great coaches and facility. Both of my boys are enrolled in jiu-jitsu and kickboxing. They are gaining a skill set as well as getting after school exercise. Definitely a good investment.
