Having the opportunity to train and grow with David and his family has been such a great experience. David pushes to improve himself and everyone else around him. He is patient, easy going, and importantly he is very knowledgeable. Check his club out and learn some traditional Muay Thai.

I just went to my First Ladies class taught by David Benavides and had a great experience. (A group of us ladies got together to try it for the first time.) We worked hard, he pushed us but also helped us get the strikes right. We got a good workout and learned how to throw some good punches and kicks! He made sure everyone was comfortable going at there own pace, which is appreciated because we are all from different workout/non workout backgrounds. Definitely recommend, it was fun, it was doable, affordable and you get a good workout all while having a community of women together!

David worked around our schedule so that we could attend this class with him and didn’t mind that we had to change locations at the last minute! He was very patient while explaining things, didn’t mind having to show us more than once and was happy to answer our questions! He offered so many awesome tips and kudos to us too! It’s an amazing class and an awesome workout…even though the class really didn’t feel like a workout, it was a lot of fun to be honest!

Only Traditional Muay Thai around the area! David is Very Knowledgeable and a student of the game. You can learn a lot from him as well as getting a good workout in.
