Hey everyone I am coach Freddie. Most know me around town. I want to let everyone know how amazing legacy Gym is. This place changes kids and adults lifes.
Legacy is a legit boxing gym with a positive atmosphere and learning environment! It's really one of my son's favorite places to be.
This place has been such a Godsend and the coaches are very good at building character, confidence, self elsteem, self love and a great supportive energy that is rare to see in gyms nowadays. A judgement free zone that is very professional, very thorough with training. If you are interested in competing there are plenty of opportunities. It is your choice. There is no pressure to compete, if you are only interested in learning the art of boxing that is also okay. I have two kids that are in this gym. My daughter will also be next year(too young). I'm happy and blessed my family is a part of the Legacy Boxing team š„ā¤ļøšāļø
