Eddie and Michelle are excellent! They ate great teachers. Any skill level is welcome. My wife loves the boxing/workout class! No sparring necessary if you don't want to. Tons of bags AMF a real boxing ring coupled with professional training is why this place keeps pumping out champions! Reasonable prices too! My 9 year old is now learning to box. What a great personal achievement for him. He is developing respect for others and himself all while exercising and having fun!
